I recommend regular gas, unless you want to spend more money. It all depends on how hard you ride the jet ski for example I have one and a full tank of gas (15gallons) can last either a day or three days depending on how hard I run it. If your tubing them your making the jet ski work harder, requiring more gas. But if your just crusing around then its requiring less work and your using gas wisely.
I cba to research if it’s a four stroke or a two stroke engine. You should know.
two-strokes get about a couple miles per gallon, you should use super on two-strokes
four get much better, and probably varies quite a bit between models. Regular is fine for four-strokes.
